Following tradition, we will be serving pancakes drenched in maple syrup, sausages and scrambled eggs; all washed down with Regional beer, courtesy of Cerveceria Regional, champagne and orange juice, and soft drinks.

 Entertainment will be provided by N Boga, a popular local band guaranteed to get people dancing.  We will have a couple of large inflatable parks for the kids to play in.  (Unfortunately, because of construction work on CIC's sports field, we are unable to offer horse rides to the kids this year, as in previous years).

We will also have a free raffle for:

- 2 round-trip tickets to Canada on Air Canada

- 1 fishing weekend for 2 on Lake Guri, courtesy of the Saranda Resort,

- 2 round-trip tickets to Margarita Island from Alpi Viajes

- ... plus other great prizes.

Reserved tickets cost 15,000 bolivares per adult (children under 18 are free), with all proceeds donated to the Fundacion Carrera de la Esperanza, which uses Canada’s Terry Fox as an inspiration to raise money to fund cancer research projects in Venezuela.

The Calgary Stampede Breakfast in Caracas was created and  is organized and hosted by Barry Blacklock and sponsored by the Canadian Embassy, Petro-Canada, Petrobank Energy and Resources, Alberta Economic Development, Saranda Resort, and Millennium Capital de Venezuela.  The Caracas Hash House Harriers provide volunteers for the event.
