From Autopisa del Este, take the exit for Santa Inez (listed as Santa Fe exit).  Go back over the highway, then left and up the hill... continue up and up ... until the top.  Keep going a bit more and you come to CC Los Samanes. Go right & start up the divided road; keep left.
