Event Insight:
The objective of this event is to celebrate the festive season with our fellow
Hashers and any kids they might find living in their houses. The schedule will include, socializing, dinner and then 'dancing' on the terrace. The only real activity planned for this party is to "eat, drink & be merry" ... so, dress up a bit and plan to party! It is essential to confirm attendance (RSVP) in advance so we can plan the meal and prepare sufficient amounts. Costs: The CHHH will provide food to compliment the food that volunteers will bring, as well as all drinks (beer, hard liquor, soft drinks and water). Those individuals who bring a dish will get a discount of 5-10kBs against the charges; more if if it a pre-coordinated main dish. =
