Location: Meet in Altamira Square (Plaza Francia?), near a green, birdcage-like, structure that has a small Chacao sign on it.

Afterwards we will meet at Edif. Caroway for down-downs. Use the Metro for easy arrival. 
For drivers, take the Altamira distributor from the autopista and go north on Ave. Luis Roche, towards the Avila.  After passing Francisco de Miranda, get into the left lane to park at the Metro station. Street parking should also be safe in this area.
