Hash #588:   Sunday, January 14th - First Hash of the Year 

 This hash kicked off our calendar for 2007 and involved a run/walk up the Avila.
We didn't take a lot of pictures... but we sure were tired and sweaty when we got back!

Our walk into the Avila involved a couple waterfalls, lots of hills and a few spills... on, on!

Cold beer and fresh snacks greeted the hashers at Peter's place.

 
After socializing for quite a bit, the circle was held. The hares were thanked, 'punishments' were dished out and upcoming activities were announced.

Thanks to those who helped out with this 'smashing' event and we look forward to a great 2007!
