Go up Ave. Principal La Castellana (Ave Eugenio Mendoza) from the big round-about by El Leon and McDonalds. At the second traffic light going up towards the Avila, turn right.  In one block you will come to Ave San Felipe; there is a small round-about in the middle of the road.  Park along San Felipe and meet in the round-about.
